Job Summary
Define and deliver the Scientific Content pillar strategy for the Neuroscience portfolio, translating International Medical and Therapeutic Area strategies into actionable plans and roadmaps. Monitor the external scientific landscape to flag emerging data and competitive developments, then prepare portfolio updates and materials for governance and leadership reviews. Coordinate the planning and delivery of high-quality, compliant scientific materials across regions, ensuring alignment with approved labels, positioning, and evidence while managing launch readiness and lifecycle activities. Partner with IMACE, IMA, GMA, and cross-functional teams to refine content based on field insights, optimize formats for engagement, and maintain scientific rigor through robust governance and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences/healthcare (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) or equivalent
- Significant previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations, with a substantial focus on Medical Affairs and Scientific Content
- Strong track record in designing and overseeing development of a wide range of assets, including slide decks, training materials, congress materials, digital assets, and omnichannel content
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing scientific content and communication strategies, including launch and lifecycle communications, at an international scale
- Experience across both country-level and regional/global roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong leadership and organizational skills, and able to drive multiple projects to successful, timely completion
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and managing external vendors or agencies
- Fluent oral and written English
