Job Summary

Lead Human Resources practices and objectives that emphasize safety, quality, and productivity standards while acting as a business partner to the GM/Site Head. Serve as the primary employee relations contact to coach supervisors and managers on engagement, policies, and procedures, and interpret collective bargaining agreements to address grievances and negotiate labor agreements. Oversee site-wide training programs, facilitate investigations, and assist with staffing projections and employee development plans. Deliver compliance presentations and provide proactive guidance on benefits, legislation, and best practices to support organizational targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources in a high-energy environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a unionized industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in labor relations, with demonstrated experience managing grievance/arbitration processes and negotiating collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience in applying HR law, policy, and/or practice

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources
  • Pharmaceutical experience
