Job Summary
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into HR strategies that enable effective scaling. Conduct deep organizational structure and leadership assessments to ensure the business functions are scaled for long-term success. Coach leaders on change management interventions and execute workforce planning initiatives that strengthen team connectivity and enhance efficiency. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Ops, and HR Technology to drive high adoption of new initiatives and processes. Maintain core values and engagement drivers while evolving the culture as the company transitions to a global commercial organization. Align new functional initiatives and processes with partners to support growth and identify best practices. Address employee relations and investigation concerns in accordance with internal policies and local legislation.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Good biotech or pharma business acumen
- Ability to translate strategic priorities with organizational effectiveness and development, capabilities, and interdependencies
- Proven strategic HRBP focus of aligning culture with business goals
- Strong consultative and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Experience building strong partnerships within function and cross-functional teams
- Excellent listening, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement
