Job Summary
Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner responsible for translating HR strategy into a high-performing, engaged client group; lead culture change at scale; drive organizational design, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives; partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals; ensure compliance with federal/state laws and promote Chewy’s Operating Principles. Requires strategic and hands-on execution, travel as needed, and 7+ years HRBP experience with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in a relevant field and HR certifications; salary range $149k–$245k; offices in Boston, MA or Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in a relevant field and HR certifications
- ability to influence and lead change with leaders across agile startup organizations
- experience delivering high-impact people operations programs (performance management, culture, engagement, retention)
