Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business goals while managing complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary procedures. Lead the full cycle of recruitment and selection, oversee OHS records and prevention programs, and drive key change initiatives to foster employee retention. Coach direct reports, analyze HR data for performance recommendations, and ensure regulatory compliance across government programs like pay equity and francization. Facilitate training initiatives, employer branding, and onboarding processes to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in human resources or administration
- Minimum of 5years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- 3 plus years related experience in management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, HR, and leadership, including in presentations and meetings
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Personal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-directed, motivated, and have a willingness to take the initiative to identify and anticipate company and employee needs and make recommendations for implementation

Desired Qualifications
