Job Summary
Associate Director, HR Transformation role leading CORE for RTX HR Corporate and driving the global HR operating model and employee experience. Responsibilities include embedding continuous improvement into CORE practices, leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensuring governance and milestone management, and leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. Requires strategic and hands-on leadership, strong project management, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and ability to navigate organizational complexity; prefers MBA and experience with HR operating models, enterprise programs, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 20% and preference for proximity to Farmington, CT or remote within the Northeast.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience.
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide programs or strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and significant organizational complexity.
- Proven experience establishing project governance, managing executive stakeholders, driving change adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong program and project management expertise, including planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, dependency management, executive reporting, and implementation oversight.
