Job Summary
Lead HR for the Chennai region, directing day-to-day people management and translating strategy locally. Define and implement HR strategy in line with regional goals, drive talent management and succession planning, coach senior leaders, and partner with global HRBPs to roll out development programs. Oversee employee relations, policy design, and compliance, shape organizational effectiveness through workforce planning and transformation initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision making with financial awareness. Require Master’s degree in HR or equivalent, 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP-like role, strong DE&I and communication skills, and ability to lead a diverse workforce in a multinational context.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent business experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior HRBP or similar role
- Knowledge and expertise of all areas of HR including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance and HR technology
- Demonstrated ability to use data to inform including analyzing workforce metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas and information to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to manage a diverse workforce, promoting DE&I throughout the organization
