Job Summary
Associate Director – HR Business Partner (Manufacturing) to lead the people agenda across sites in Belgium and France (Verviers, Strasbourg, Illkirch-Graffenstaden) with an office-first posture and 20% remote work. Responsible for shaping HR strategy, managing complex employee relations, ensuring legal compliance under Belgian and French employment laws, leading talent management and development, driving organizational change, and partnering with Total Rewards to implement compensation/benefits. The role requires strategic advisory support to site leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and the use of HR analytics to inform decisions. Fluency in French and English is essential, with German a plus; manufacturing experience and experience working with unions/employee representative bodies are highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Fluency in French and English; German a strong advantage
- Experience with trade unions and employee representative bodies; collective consultation experience
- Strong knowledge of Belgian and French labour laws and employment practices
- Ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies; data-driven decision making
