Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing guest experience, sentiment feedback program, catering operations, and financial planning within Campus Dining. Manages an annual operating budget of approximately $56.9M (including $54M in Campus Dining Operations and $2.9M in Catering). Responsible for directing sentiment analysis and data-driven insights to improve guest satisfaction across campus dining venues, overseeing feedback data collection and reporting, and driving continuous improvement in elevated dining programs. Leads collaboration with unit managers, culinary leads, and campus partners; drives meal plan growth strategies and cross-divisional engagement; tracks KPIs related to participation, satisfaction, and event outcomes; and ensures financial stewardship of dining and catering initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality/food service, with strong analytics, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills. Position emphasizes data-informed decision making, guest engagement, and strategic program development across campus dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or Data Analysis
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale hospitality, food service, or dining operations
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing multi-departmental operating budgets of $5M or greater
- Ability to lead data analytics or guest feedback initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with catering operations, event management, and elevated dining programs preferred
