Job Summary
Lead strategy, execution, and performance optimization of mail order pharmacy enrollment, retention, and utilization initiatives. Own end-to-end growth outcomes across inbound and outbound contact center channels, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, high-converting, omni-channel member experience. Develop key performance indicators, analyze trends and utilization data, and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio and market share. Collaborate with business leaders, marketing, and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans while resolving complex technical and operational problems. This Associate Director role supports Humana's mission to improve consumer experiences for Medicare and Medicaid members through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 6 or more years of experience in the health solutions industry with demonstrated success directing and leading teams
- Proven track record driving conversion, retention, and growth outcomes through multi-channel strategies
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic, and performance management capabilities
- Experience leveraging customer data and insights to improve acquisition and engagement outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business impact
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
- Executive presence
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Must be able to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
- Must have self-provided internet service with at minimum a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Must be available for occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
