Associate Director, Graduate Enrollment Marketing – Enrollment Management

Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive graduate enrollment marketing strategy for CMU’s graduate programs, serving as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies and collaborating across divisions to increase visibility, generate qualified leads, and support enrollment goals. Drive paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) and manage day-to-day optimization; plan and execute organic marketing initiatives across web, email, print, and other channels; oversee the institution-wide graduate recruitment marketing framework and the website presence with SEO considerations. Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and personalized communication flows within the Slate CRM; work with University Communications and Marketing to ensure consistent branding and compelling creative for campaign assets; establish KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights to executive leadership; foster cross-functional collaboration with academic Colleges and Departments to promote centralized marketing strategies and support applicant growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience; experience in higher education graduate enrollment marketing preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Slate preferred) for audience segmentation and campaign execution
