Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between Market Access and Government Pricing (GP), ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. Partner with Market Access, GP, Finance, and Forecasting teams to develop accurate volume, revenue, and gross-to-net forecasts. Develop and maintain forecasting models for ASP, AMP, BP, GNUP, and other key pricing metrics. Build and manage GP dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to support business decision-making. Conduct GNUP, VA/FSS, Medicaid, 340B, and government pricing impact analyses. Support market access strategy development through pricing, reimbursement, and contracting evaluations. Provide product, customer, and profitability assessments to identify growth and optimization opportunities. Research competitor biosimilar strategies, focusing on ASP performance, reimbursement dynamics, provider economics, and market access levers. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize market access, forecasting accuracy, and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of Government Pricing principles and methodologies
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience interpreting complex datasets
- Ability to translate business insights into forecasting models
- Experience working with forecasting methodologies
- Experience with predictive analytics
- Experience with scenario modeling
- Experience with business projections
- Ability to understand complex business drivers
