Job Summary
Associate Director, Global Trial Lead responsible for leading and overseeing global clinical trials and study management, vendor coordination (CROs/partners), budgeting and resource planning, risk and quality management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires senior-level expertise in clinical operations, GCP/GXP compliance, CTMS data systems (e.g., Veeva), and strong leadership abilities to mentor teams across programs, with up to 25% travel. Location based in Hyderabad, India; site-essential/onsite role with defined expectations for in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical operations roles and project management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including multi-national experience
- Experience independently leading complex global clinical trials
- Experience leading global and multi-functional teams
- Experience managing CROs
