Associate Director Global S2C Excellence Procurement

Job Summary
Lead procurement activities within the Global Source-to-Contract (S2C) Excellence team, managing strategic relationships with Business Stakeholders, Global Category Teams, and in-market Procurement Managers; oversee sourcing events from RFIs/RFPs/RQs to e-auctions, negotiate and renegotiate terms and contract clauses, coordinate contract execution and storage; mentor teammates, drive S2C process improvements, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and deliver financial savings and risk mitigation across key contracts; operate in a global, matrix organization and partner with senior executives.
Required Qualifications
- University degree required
- At least 6 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain
- Significant, proven category knowledge
- Significant, proven sourcing and contracting experience including end-to-end S2C
- Ability to independently run complex contracting projects including leading supplier negotiations
- Experience managing stakeholders across the globe within a matrix organization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive can-do attitude
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Strong English communication (verbal/written) and Mandarin proficiency
