Job Summary
Develop and execute the global healthcare compliance operations strategy, establishing scalable processes and infrastructure to support company growth. Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of compliance technology platforms for HCP engagements, transparency reporting, and third-party due diligence. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, automate systems, and develop operational metrics for continuous improvement. Oversee operational readiness for external inspections and audits while managing data integrity for global disclosure obligations. Serve as a strategic business partner to Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Legal to ensure compliance operations remain risk-based and aligned with applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, ethics and compliance, commercial operations, medical affairs operations, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions
- Experience implementing and managing compliance-related systems and technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience supporting HCP engagement processes, transparency reporting, grants management, third-party management, or related compliance operations
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, EFPIA Code, Global transparency reporting requirements
- Expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Experience with compliance technologies, workflow platforms, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into scalable business processes and technology solutions

Desired Qualifications
