Job Summary
Strategic and hands-on leader responsible for executing and continuously improving Worldwide Clinical Trials' global compensation programs, including executive compensation, pay structures, benchmarking, governance, and analytics. Partner with senior leadership to deliver competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation solutions, lead end-to-end global compensation operations (salary, bonuses, LTI, job evaluation/leveling, market pricing, surveys, incentive plans), and drive initiatives such as pay transparency and job-architecture modernization. Develop executive-ready materials for leadership and Compensation Committee, oversee sales incentive programs, and build scalable processes while guiding and developing the compensation team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including global scope
- 3+ years of team leadership experience required
- Experience with executive compensation and long-term incentives
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and HRIS experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance strategy with execution
