Job Summary
Associate Director, Global Clinical Science leads trial activities, provides scientific leadership to CS team, and collaborates with cross-functional study teams to design, plan, and execute clinical trials from startup through close-out. Responsibilities include protocol development and ICF processes, data generation/validation, CSRs and regulatory document drafting, budgeting and CRO scoping, and support for future development planning. Requires 5+ years in clinical science or related field, advanced life sciences degree, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, medical writing proficiency, and ability to lead teams across functions; travel may be required. Compensation ranges by site: Cambridge Crossing (MA) $211,910–$256,789; Madison (NJ) $184,270–$223,294; Princeton (NJ) $184,270–$223,294. Site-specific roles may be hybrid with at least 50% onsite.”,
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent
- Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, MS, RN or other scientific field preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH and drug development process
- Experience with clinical data review, trend identification, and data interpretation
- Knowledge of data monitoring committees, dose review teams, and independent adjudication committees
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Travel willingness for domestic and international travel
- Proficient in medical terminology and medical writing
