Job Summary
Associate Director, Global and US Pipeline Forecasting Lead responsible for driving forecast strategy for key pipeline assets within Global Insights and Analytics (Oncology). Lead global and US forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Access, Medical, and I&A teams to integrate market insights into forecasts, build consensus for forecast assumptions, and apply advanced analytics and multi-source data to enhance market impact understanding. Develop and implement best-in-class forecasting models, triangulate assumptions with data sources, develop what-if scenarios, and provide forecasting leadership to cross-functional partners (Finance, Supply, Trade). Travel less than 10%. Hybrid work arrangement based in the Boston/Cambridge area. Requirements include a BA/BS with 6+ years in forecasting/analytics in biopharma, oncology domain experience, proficiency with smoothing/regression/time-series analyses and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau). Prior launch experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in forecasting, market research, or business analytics in biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience in oncology forecasting
- Hands-on experience with complex forecasting models
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experience with quantitative techniques (smoothing, regression, time series analyses, simulation)
- Prior launch experience preferred
