Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to accelerate Agoda's business by coordinating with top management on strategic planning and objectives. Lead, coach, and manage multiple teams through upskilling while modifying organizational structures to bring in top talent. Establish and maintain robust relationships at senior levels, including C-level, with key partners to drive partnership expansions and identify significant opportunities. Conduct market research on industry trends to ensure competitiveness and lead company-wide projects with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires more than 8 years of professional experience at multi-national companies and 3–5+ years leading teams in rapidly changing environments.
Required Qualifications
- More than 8 years of professional experience at multi-national companies
- 3–5+ years' experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a proven track record in rapidly changing environments
- Relevant experience in account management, business development, or general management
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker
- Management consulting experience
- Professional 'get it done' attitude and strong work ethic
- Resourceful, energetic, and self-driven personality
- Ability to move quickly, adapt well to change, and thrive in dynamic environments
