Job Summary
Facilitate client coordination, audit communication, and monthly financial reporting for hedge funds, venture capital, and private equity clients across US hours. Review transaction analysis, reconcile NAV calculations, and manage client expectations while acting as the point of contact for limited partners and investment managers. Lead client integrations, new fund launches, and year-end audit processes, ensuring timely delivery of financial packages and proper billing. Assist managing directors in developing streamlined reporting solutions and monitor client deliverables for final review. Manage global staffing requirements, prepare work schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and coordinate training initiatives for teams in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles. Review timesheets against budgeted hours and identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in business development efforts by tracking potential clients and meeting existing clients for additional services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)
- At least 8 to 10 consecutive years of experience in Fund Admin Accounting, compliance, US taxation, and other business-related activity
- 5 to 7 years of which as Manager or Senior Manager
- Strong financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax skills
- Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the Company
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Computer proficient, with advanced MS Excel skills
