Job Summary
Senior FP&A leadership role overseeing end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for Global Commercial Solutions. Acts as a finance partner to RBU/GBU leadership, driving analytical rigour, process standardisation, and actionable insights for ELT/Board-level decisions. Responsibilities include leading the full planning cycle, monthly close with variance analysis by Profit Center/Product/Region, developing and maintaining management reporting frameworks (Board packs, risk ladders, heat maps), driving automation (Roadmap/ELP automation, Snowflake integration, Power BI dashboards), partnering with designated Finance leads, leading labour cost analysis and forecast reviews, mentoring junior FP&A staff, onboarding RBUs into standardized FP&A processes, and cross-functional collaboration for best-practice sharing. Required skills include advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Excel with Power Query/Power Pivot/DAX), executive-level reporting, stakeholder management, project management, change management, and English proficiency. Education includes a Bachelor's degree with MBA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA strongly preferred; 7+ years of relevant FP&A/financial controlling experience in a large multinational, with life sciences/healthcare background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) strongly preferred
- 7+ years of FP&A, financial controlling, or management reporting experience
- Power BI, Snowflake, Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX)
