Job Summary
Solution architecture and delivery for scalable GenAI initiatives across discovery, development, regulatory, and commercial functions. Define reference architectures, reusable components, and best practices for GenAI adoption; engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical GenAI solutions; act as a trusted GenAI solutioning advisor for India and US teams. Ensure governance and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and EU AI Act; embed security, transparency, and fairness into architectures. Evaluate and integrate new LLM models and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy) and partner with startups, academia, and vendors. Provide technical leadership to solution teams, build GenAI capability within the India hub, and ensure global consistency and scalability across KPMG. Lead cross-functional teams, mentor members, and drive strategic GenAI initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent
- 12+ years in enterprise IT/solution architecture, including 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years in GenAI
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent systems
- Proven ability to design solutions across multi-cloud environments (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock)
- Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks and AI governance
