Job Summary
Associate Director for Warfighter Requirements responsible for researching how Raytheon or defense systems are used by warfighters, identifying opportunities to address operational gaps, and delivering findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Will coordinate with Customer Account Managers to translate warfighter requirements into mission-based plans, collaborate with ISMA engineering teams to mature threat modeling, support analytical model development from multiple intelligence sources, respond to RFIs, and provide regular intelligence updates to senior leadership and engineers. Role includes close interaction with intelligence community, cross-functional teams, and travel up to ~10%. Relocation assistance is available; role is onsite in Tucson, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required, only U.S. citizens eligible for security clearance
- Security Clearance Type: TS/SCI - Current
- Onsite role in AZ Tucson
