Associate Director for Housing Operations

Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and custodial services for all university residential communities. Supervise housing facilities personnel, manage vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance efforts, and administer operational budgets. Lead three Housing Custodial Supervisors and approximately ten custodial and maintenance employees, conducting regular meetings, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies while exercising independent judgment on operational decisions. Develop preventative maintenance programs, manage inventory, and collaborate with campus partners to maintain safe, functional living environments.
