Required Qualifications

  • J.D. required
  • At least eight years of professional experience in civil rights compliance, investigations, or related work
  • At least three years of experience working in higher education or investigating and advising consulting with institutions of higher education
  • Supervisory experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with federal statutes important to post-secondary education (e.g., Title IX, Title VII, VAWA, Title VI, Clery Act, FERPA)
  • Experience in the higher education environment
  • Fluency in different languages
