Job Summary
Lead a team managing revenue reporting, cost of sales operations, and the monthly financial close, including revenue validation, journal entries, and variance analysis. Oversee strategic initiatives for revenue management and collaborate with business leads to build quantification models for performance tracking. Drive process improvement by automating manual workflows using Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI while ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit readiness. Provide direct support to senior leadership on ad hoc analyses and special projects related to Annual Contract Value and net sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, any other related discipline
- 6+ years' work experience related to financial analysis
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an accounting or finance department
- Knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition guidance
- Experience managing revenue and management reporting processes in a complex, data-driven organization
- Ability to translate financial information into clear business insights
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for resolving operational and financial problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting large and complex data sets and translating financial information into actionable business insights
- Ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Right to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP (Oracle Financials), Salesforce.com, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Anaplan, and SmartView
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SQL and basic data warehouse experience
