Associate Director - Finance (P&A)

Conduct end-to-end financial evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships while providing financial leadership for major functional and multi-business-unit projects. Partner with enterprise and business leadership to evaluate strategic options, value driver initiatives, and capital allocation decisions. Create clear narratives and materials for senior leadership and board-level audiences by synthesizing complex analyses into concise recommendations. Coach and develop analysts and finance partners to improve analytical rigor, standardization, and speed to insight through automation. Deliver executive-ready insights supporting Clorox IGNITE objectives through robust financial analysis and risk assessment.
