Job Summary
Lead a high-impact finance function for Tyson Foods' Beef and Pork Specialty Products, partnering with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights, drive performance, and shape strategic direction. Responsibilities include monitoring plant production and financial performance across beef and pork operations, supporting ad-hoc analyses, building and enhancing reporting tools, conducting regular P&L and performance reviews, preparing forecasts and LE/budgets, ensuring data integrity and month-end close controls, and overseeing capital projects and inventory management. Travel is expected (10–15 domestic trips annually). Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, MBA/CPA/CMA as a plus, and experience with SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years finance managerial experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced matrixed organization
- expertise in manufacturing accounting processes including standard cost setting and variance analysis
- experience with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI; proficient in Microsoft Office
