Job Summary
Act as the primary finance and operations business partner for the DATA Pillar, leading sales cadence forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking. Manage quarter close reconciliation, coordinate complex renewal opportunities in CRM, and define analytics metrics to drive sales leadership performance. Provide subject matter expertise and training for the Core Sales team while managing operational projects and supporting the Operations Analyst. Facilitate daily called/closed won opportunity reconciliation, resolve rejected BNFs, and work closely with Finance to recognize all possible revenue. Coordinate operational activities with service, finance, and business lines to implement enhanced processes. This 18-month maternity leave cover position offers potential for a permanent role within IQVIA's global clinical research and healthcare intelligence organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree business, marketing, or social sciences
- Working knowledge of IQVIA Products and systems
- Excellent software application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Excel skills required (Formulas, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in supporting executive level management
- Experience in analytics with focus on Sales, Segmentation, Customer Profiling and Analytics
- Experience with analytical & visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI etc.)
- Extensive experience with manipulating different datasets & statistical modeling
- Experience working to support a diverse and international sales audience and the metrics needed to run the business and drive a regular pipeline cadence
- Working in high tech or SaaS businesses
- Methodological hands-on mastery of relevant analytical approaches and models, including segmentation, clustering methods, demand forecasting, pricing analytics, market trend analytics, etc.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- CRM experience
- Proven track record of effective leadership
