Job Summary

Develop and execute comprehensive market access training strategies, including onboarding programs, advanced learning curricula, and certification initiatives for field sales and patient services teams. Design and facilitate workshops covering prior authorization, appeals management, specialty pharmacy operations, and payer strategy while maintaining a centralized knowledge repository. Partner with Market Access Leadership, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure content accuracy, and establish metrics to measure training effectiveness and business impact. Simultaneously, function as a floating field reimbursement manager to provide interim territory coverage, rapid access support, and launch assistance when business demands require. Act as a subject matter expert on Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and relacorilant reimbursement pathways, delivering consistent expertise across diverse regional payer landscapes. This newly created role combines training excellence with hands-on field execution to ensure patient access continuity for Corcept's cortisol modulation therapies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, reimbursement, patient services, account management, or commercial training
  • Minimum of 3 years of training, coaching, or leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement
  • Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy and HUB operations
  • Deep understanding of commercial and government payer environments
  • Deep understanding of benefits verification, prior authorization, and appeals processes
  • Deep understanding of patient access and affordability programs
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and positively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience training FRMs, Market Access Managers, RAMs, NAMs, KAMs, or Patient Services teams
  • Experience in rare disease or endocrinology therapeutic areas
  • Familiarity with Korlym or relacorilant access pathways
  • Experience supporting product launches
  • Certified professional trainer, instructional designer, or adult learning certification
  • Experience building training programs from the ground up
