Job Summary
Conduct feasibility assessments by integrating local disease landscapes and epidemiological insights with global processes to shape protocol placement. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and sites to optimize enrollment and mitigate recruitment challenges. Lead the development of integrated clinical strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory and medical affairs. Provide mentoring to junior team members and drive accountability with external stakeholders. Anticipate project challenges related to patient recruitment and propose innovative solutions to sustain clinical momentum.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
