Job Summary
Provide ongoing clinical services and monitoring for a caseload of 10-15 clients, including participation in team consultation and supervision. Oversee and facilitate community programming by collaborating on outreach, onboarding hosting activities, and gathering feedback while supervising the Community Engagement coordinator and volunteers. Complete progress notes and documentation, maintain client and event files, and plan the yearly calendar of events with leadership. Represent the organization at conferences and build a network of partner organizations through outreach. Provide direct support to the Sr. Director for key decisions and perform additional departmental duties as requested. Occasional evening and weekend work is required for this full-time in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW or LCSW), or related field-psychology, mental health, etc.
- Expertise with trauma and/or attachment models of therapy
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with children and families within the adoption constellation
- Strong interpersonal skills and charismatic presentation style
- Knowledge of providing telehealth services and virtual presentations
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural diversity and cross-cultural issues
- Those with lived experience in adoption or foster care
- Occasional weekend or evening work
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with various departments, which supports both individual and cooperative work

- MS Office -Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with database platforms and entering case notes
- Basic knowledge of Canva
