Job Summary
Oversee the new onsite Evening Program by managing a clinical team of therapists, coordinating care across 18 onsite and virtual programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while assessing patient progress, managing crisis interventions, and guiding discharge planning. Provide clinical supervision for staff, coordinate with outside providers, and maintain accurate documentation and insurance needs tracking. Actively develop the program through community outreach, training, and expansion initiatives while supporting team culture and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Masters Level Clinician (LCPC or LCSW)
- Clinical experience conducting assessments, individual, family or group therapy
- Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other empirically supported treatments
- Experience with patients in crisis
- Program development and implementation experience
- Experience supervising therapists, both licensed and seeking licensure
- Excellent time management
- Ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Evening hours, 12:00-8:00 PM CST
