Associate Director, Enterprise Architect Network Security

Job Summary
Oversee network security architectural activities and define standards for the organization's network domain. Develop logical architectural designs and strategies to secure infrastructure, utilizing patterns to select appropriate technical platforms. Create and evolve the Architecture Governance Framework while assessing the network for vulnerabilities and evaluating security tools. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures, provide guidance on implementation, and report status to senior management. Lead strategic initiatives to address risks and communicate architecture outcomes to stakeholders across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- University working and thinking level, degree in business/technical area or comparable education/experience
- 15+ years of working experience in Network Security domain
- minimum 5 years in architecture capacity
- 5+ years of Network Security project experience and leading team/s
- Demonstrated Network security architecture conceptual skills, solutions delivery, and decision making, incorporating sound security principles, and emerging technologies to design and implement enterprise security solutions
- Prior experience in Network security policy, standards, guidelines, and patterns definition
- In depth understanding of the Network security domain including strong knowledge of: Network security domain expertise
- Sound knowledge of Network security products (SASE, Micro-Segmentation, NGFW, NAC, Lan Security, WAN security, Defense-in Depth
- Risk identification mindset
- Experience in reporting to and communicating with senior level management (with and without IT background), with and without in-depth risk management background on information risk topics
- excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proven experience to initiate and manage projects that will affect other divisions, departments, and functions, as well as the corporate environment
- Experience working in a multi-vendor, global environment and leading technical teams
- Self-motivated, delivery focused with keen attention to detail and good decision-making ability function with/without supervision to deliver in time and at expected quality
