Associate Director, Engagement Strategy

The Associate Director, Engagement Strategy will develop and manage strategic client deliverables and oversee day-to-day engagement needs, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will develop omni-channel engagement plans (personas, journey maps, ecosystem planning, activation briefs), create content and tactical strategies across channels (website, display, social, CRM, and point of care), and clearly communicate ideas and strategies to internal teams, clients, and prospective clients. You will collaborate with brand planning, media, account, and creative teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints and use customer data and insights to enhance the overall customer experience. You will present engagement results to executive leadership, optimize efforts with data-driven insights, stay current on industry trends, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engagement strategy team. About you: 5+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience within a healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency; relevant category and product launch experience; demonstrated use of strategic frameworks and analytical tools; deep patient and/or DTC experience; strong storytelling and communication skills; highly collaborative and cross-functional; analytically minded and comfortable with data-informed decisions; thrives in fast-paced agency environments and can manage complexity with confidence.
