Job Summary
Lead Endless Frontier Labs operations for the Digital Health Track, including venture recruiting, evaluation, selection, management, and follow-on investment securing. Cultivate relationships with US and foreign universities, venture capital funds, incubators, and tech associations to build a robust applicant pipeline. Strategically develop and evaluate programs while expanding corporate partnership opportunities and supporting curriculum development and student projects. Execute core programmatic operations and resource mobilization in collaboration with the Director. Requires a bachelor's degree with three years of startup or venture capital experience, ability to travel internationally, and proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with startups, technology companies, incubators, accelerators, angel investors, or venture capital
- Proven ability in business development
- Proven ability in relationship management
- Proven ability to analyze and evaluate ventures
- Proven ability in financial modeling
- Proven ability in market analysis
- Proven ability in strategic planning
- Understanding of business models and drivers of success in startups across several verticals
- Deep financial literacy
- Experience with fundraising and venture deals
