Job Summary
Support EMR strategy development, execution, and optimization across Upperline Health markets, including Athena system configuration, data migration, and user training. Partner with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders to drive workflow adoption, resolve implementation issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and leverage data for quality improvement and research efforts. This role requires approximately 50% travel to support active transitions, new site implementations, and go-live activations, with a focus on continuous improvement and end-user support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on EMR implementation and management
- Demonstrated experience with Athena EMR systems, including working knowledge of its features, functionality, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Solid project coordination and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards related to EMR systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% in support of EMR transitions and implementations
Desired Qualifications
