Job Summary

Lead end-to-end grievance management and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex employee matters, balancing business priorities with fairness and confidentiality. Define the ER strategy and roadmap while designing policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with Indian employment laws and regulations. Coach managers and HRBPs on sensitive issues including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and separations, and partner with the Global Caregiver Relations team to align organization-wide practices. Leverage workforce insights across attrition, talent management, and engagement data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies for improving culture and belonging. Track ER metrics, report to senior leadership, and develop training frameworks to build organizational capability. Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human resources, Law, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 14 years of progressive HR/ER experience
  • at least 4 years in a dedicated Employee Relations role/ or responsibility of leading the agenda
  • Deep working knowledge of Indian employment law
  • Demonstrated experience managing sensitive matters independently and impartially
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Passionate and Curious about technology, data-based decision making and human psychology
  • exposure to multi-jurisdiction ER
  • Experience in large, fast-evolving organizations such as FMCG, Pharma, Technology, SaaS, or product-led environments
  • A strong track record of coaching leaders and teams through change, complexity and challenging scenarios
