(Associate) Director- Ecosystem Partnership, BD

Lead and execute strategic ecosystem partnerships between China and global partners, with emphasis on China-UK collaboration. Build and manage a pipeline of high-impact collaborations with governments, universities, research hospitals, academic institutions, incubators, start-ups, investors and industry partners; establish governance mechanisms, drive cross-functional project execution, oversee budgets, and ensure partnerships deliver measurable scientific, business and ecosystem impact. Serve as a senior external representative and primary relationship owner across China, the UK and other global innovation hubs, translating opportunities into executable partnership programs and scalable initiatives. Must coordinate with R&D, business development, corporate affairs and other cross-functional teams to align priorities, governance, and performance metrics; possess strong leadership to influence matrix teams and engage executive stakeholders in multinational settings. Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical innovation, venture and external innovation ecosystems, and cross-border collaboration is highly desirable.
