Job Summary
Lead full sales cycle for Burda Luxury brands across print, digital, and events; own assigned categories and accounts, proactively pitching and servicing clients and agencies; build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency decision makers; consultatively sell 360 multi-platform advertising, content, and sponsorship solutions; collaborate with editorial and marketing to deliver strategic 360 advertising and content solutions aimed at maximizing client ROI; manage pipeline, proposals, and post-project reporting, while contributing to category planning and revenue growth; based in Kuala Lumpur with an in-person office presence; requires a university degree and 5+ years in luxury media sales; fluent in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in media sales, preferably in luxury lifestyle
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Proven track record in selling 360 multi-platform advertising, content, and sponsorship solutions
- Solid relationships with direct clients and agencies
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and strong presentation skills
- Organized and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to wear multiple hats
- Digital savvy - ability to use data, research, and insights to support recommendations
- Ability to take ownership of client projects
