Job Summary
Lead the case management team for High Net Worth new business support, drafting and implementing the best case submission workflow to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies. Drive distribution channels (Brokerage, Tied Agency, Bancassurance) growth, serve as subject matter expert for case management, train sales channels, onboard banks for premium financing, maintain records and generate status reports for management, and develop team members to deliver effective support to sales teams. Requires university degree, 10+ years relevant experience with 5+ years management, strong life insurance and premium financing knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office/MIS; fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Location: Hong Kong (Pacific Place).
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 10 years relevant experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, premium financing, and business insurance with company and trust structure
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and MIS reporting
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua
