Associate Director/Director, Gene Therapy Operations

Lead operational on-site onboarding, training, and qualification of apheresis and treatment centers, conducting readiness assessments for cell therapy labs, pharmacies, and infusion workflows. Coordinate patient scheduling across apheresis, manufacturing, and infusion sites while acting as the field escalation point for delays and exceptions. Provide hands-on apheresis expertise to optimize cell collection yield and quality, troubleshooting collection challenges in real time. Support treatment centers with drug product receipt, storage, thawing, and administration readiness, ensuring strict adherence to Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody processes. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for treatment center stakeholders, building trusted relationships to drive high-quality execution. Capture field insights and contribute to process optimization initiatives to inform collection efficiency and patient outcomes.
