Job Summary
Lead advanced analytics consulting for Fortune 100 pharma clients by translating business problems into high-level solution designs and driving ROI through campaign measurement and digital KPI tracking. Manage full account portfolios with P&L ownership, scaling pilots to long-term transformative programs while growing revenue and margins. Present robust analytic solutions to executive stakeholders, operationalize strategies, and collaborate on proposals to drive account growth. Fluently navigate pharma data sources including Veeva, IQVIA, TriNetX, and Flatiron to generate insights for brand and commercial teams. Manage global teams and deliver continuous business value across HQ, field, and market access personas.
Required Qualifications
- 10-16 years of professional work experience
- at least 9 years in data analytics
- Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs, and insight needs across different HQ and field personas across commercial, PSS, and market access
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client's team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
- Strong knowledge of Life Science and Pharma domain
- Experience in specialty drug and rare diseases
- Strong project management and team management skills
- ability to work with global teams
- Strong SQL skills
- hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python
- visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of standard data sources—especially pharmacy, HUB, CRM, IQVIA, alignments, and related datasets
- nuances and quality controls required to ensure accuracy
- Experience in developing hypotheses and validating them through data analysis
