Associate Director/Director, Clinical Supply Chain (EU)

Associate Director/Director, Clinical Supply Chain will lead end-to-end clinical supply chain operations for assigned international studies, including supply planning, forecasting, packaging, labeling, and distribution management, as well as oversight of shipping and logistics providers, clinical supply depots, and IRT vendors from study start-up through close-out. The role requires managing European and RoW operations, including booklet label development, the Qualified Person (QP) release process, import/export logistics, and cold chain management, while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure materials availability, and that study strategies, timelines, and budgets are met. Responsibilities include operational support at study/site level, resupply facilitation, returns and destruction oversight, temperature excursion management, global inventory planning, label development, manual and IRT-enabled shipments, storage and reconciliation, tracking expirations and resupplies, import/export licenses and customs, prioritizing batch release dates, reviewing packaging/batch records, managing clinical supply projections and budgets, and ensuring TMF documentation and inspection readiness.”,
