Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, owning the roadmap from problem definition to production-grade deployment. Act as the primary point of contact for client VPs and Directors, translating unstructured business problems into high-level analytics solution designs. Manage and mentor a hybrid team of onshore and offshore data scientists and engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration across time zones. Design scalable AI/ML pipelines and data architectures while applying deep Medical Device domain knowledge to validate model outputs and align with industry nuances. Present analytical findings to quantify business value and drive the operationalization of AI into business processes. This Associate Director role supports Tiger Analytics' mission to solve global challenges using bespoke AI and analytics solutions for Fortune 100 companies.
Required Qualifications
- 13-15 years of total experience
- 7+ years in Medical device domain with consulting
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client's team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device industry, including its unique commercial or operational landscape
- Strong project management and team management skills
- ability to work with global teams
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Strong SQL skills
- experience with analytic tools like R & Python
- visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop, HDFS, Hive
- Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
