Job Summary
Associate Director, Direct Field Sales leading a Player/Coach team: personally drive sales for North’s SaaS platform and payment solutions while coaching and developing a team of Field Sales Professionals. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring, 1:1s, ride-alongs, training on sales process and product knowledge, performance management, and recruiting. Player responsibilities include full sales cycle ownership, building and managing a local network with POS dealers and partners, and delivering consultative demos. Requires demonstrated high-volume, full-cycle SaaS/payment sales experience, leadership aspiration, CRM proficiency, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Territory-focused, with preference for cold-calling and local canvassing experience; must reside in the remote field sales territory area and have a valid driver’s license. The role offers a lucrative compensation path, which includes weekly commissions and potential equity, with W2 benefits and clear career growth into Sales Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in a high-volume, full-cycle sales role, preferably with SaaS, Software, or Payment Processing.
- Emerging Leadership: A strong desire to step into a leadership role, with a natural ability to coach, mentor, and motivate others.
- Operational Excellence: Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with experience using CRM.
- Agile & Resourceful: Thrives in a fast-paced, startup vibe.
- Territory Experience: Cold-calling and local canvassing experience is a significant plus.
