Job Summary
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks for the bespoke generative AI platform. Identify new features, functionalities, and integrations aligned with platform goals while applying BDD and TDD methodologies to define user stories and acceptance criteria. Oversee agile development teams through stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding implementation of coding standards and best practices. Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving during feature development, while monitoring performance and supporting integration of new tools and APIs. Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum. Partner with Product Managers to execute the roadmap and deliver enhancements on our proprietary AI platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in technology roles, with experience supporting cross-functional development teams in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing or advertising technology landscape
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results
- Experience with modern web development and/or software development processes and standards
- Familiarity with web/application APIs
- Experience supporting product or platform development, with exposure to agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and support technical delivery across multiple projects

- Experience in a professional services, agency, or consulting environment
- Experience presenting technical concepts to clients or stakeholders
- Experience using no/low-code platforms to create multi-step agents/workflows
