Job Summary
Lead the Development Infrastructure team from Cork with strategic leadership, financial oversight, and growth, focusing on delivering multi-year, multimillion-dollar development infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients; responsibilities include business development, client liaison, bid preparation, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality project delivery across Dublin area, with a flexible hybrid working model and collaboration across AECOM's global capabilities; require civil engineering degree and/or masters and chartered membership in relevant institutions; candidates should demonstrate a successful track record in building client relationships, winning work, and developing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Degree and/or Masters Degree
- Chartered Member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland or Institution of Civil Engineers or relevant Institution
- Successful track record of building client relationships and identifying, pursuing and winning work
- A senior professional with proven experience in the successful delivery of Development Infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients
- Experienced in supervising and developing staff
