Job Summary
Associate Director, Delivery (Engineering) responsible for leading and managing mid-to-large-scale digital projects across web, product, and brand engagements with budgets typically ranging from $500K to $1M+, driving end-to-end delivery, defining scope, timelines, and resourcing, and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Focuses on reducing operational friction, improving delivery processes, and maintaining QA and project standards while serving as the primary client point of contact and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Brings 5-7 years of digital project/program management experience, strong understanding of UX/UI workflows and design systems, familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, proficiency with Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence/G Suite, and a proven ability to manage budgets, estimates, ETC, and EAC. The role emphasizes structured planning, proactive problem-solving, accountability, and a collaborative, execution-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management
- Experience managing single projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end
- Deep understanding of UX/UI workflows, design systems, and digital build processes
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches (e.g., Scrumfall)
- Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G Suite
- Strong financial awareness and experience managing estimates, tracking budgets, and reporting on profitability
- Excellent time management and communication skills in cross-functional environments
