Job Summary
Orchestrate complex logistics for the Dean and craft communications for internal and external stakeholders. Manage operations including the calendar, travel itineraries, daily briefing book, event briefings, and remarks while responding to constituent inquiries. Serve as a liaison for faculty, administrators, and students to cultivate relationships, and manage special projects in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Director. Support events sponsored by the Dean's Office, such as receptions, conferences, and meetings with corporate partners. Align office activities with leadership priorities to ensure adherence to deadlines and high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant experience with office operations, drafting and editing external communications, events, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to communicate sensitive information and interact with high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving skills
